Transportation Arrangements
For our Caribbean cruises, ACCL furnishes transportation via ACCL’s provider from the airport to the ship only. For U.S. and Canadian cruises, transportation is not provided between airport locations and vessel.

Other
Minimum age of children accompanied by an adult passenger is 14 years.

Positioning Cruises
When ACCL moves a vessel from the completion of a scheduled cruise to the beginning point of a new one, we traditionally offer a positioning trip. On this sailing, there is no planned program and the ship stops for fuel, supplies and sometimes to explore, but not necessarily on a scheduled basis. Passengers dine with the crew and there is a comfortable intermingling and conviviality. A positioning cruise is offered at a reduced per diem rate. Please call the office for more information and a sampling of the cruise options from which you may choose.

Insurance
To avoid loss of fare due to cancellation, we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. We have a special arrangement with Travelex Insurance Services who will offer a protection plan which waives pre-existing conditions if purchased within 21 days of the date that your deposit is sent to ACCL. You must call 1-800-228-9792 to request this special coverage. Important: be sure that you provide Travelex with our location number #39-0070 when you call.
